Do most people make the display text larger in resolution settings? aka 150% Larger

What about browsing the web, do u run a zoom style program? Same thing about 150% larger

Idk, this is my first time with a high resolution monitor, and just curious how people run it or do you just lower the resolution and then raise it for video games only?

Or do people just that close to the monitor to read it easily?

I use Opera as a browser. As in Firefox, I can just hold down CTRL and use the mouse scroll wheel to enlarge everything. No particular percentge of zoom, I just enlarge until whatever I'm looking at is big enough

I ran it at standard 100% mode for half a year until people started making fun of me for it on YouTube. :P Then I decided to try 150% mode. It works well. In Windows 8, the operating system automatically increases zoom in IE10 to 150% as well when doing this. I've been happy with it.

I run it at 100% and sit back from my screen, but I have no problems reading text.

I leave it at default, don't have any issues readiing text from 2ft from my screen.

I use 100% for windows, and firefox, but some websites use smaller text, so I use an extension called no squint, which let's me set and forget the zoom level on a site by site basis.

I have my screen about 4 ft back sometimes so I have everything a bit larger and use chrome to zoom in whenever needed.

If I was just always viewing up close though it would be fine at the standard 100%

I'm nearsighted, but with my glasses or contacts (that I usually have in) I'm always about 3ft from the screen and everything is default. Play games from that spot too
